| Description: Freestyle Ski & Snowboard 8YO+ all Levels @ Friday 7:00-7:50PM - with air certified coach! Full registration and Drop in options on Fridays! Air sense is an essential component of freestyle skiing. Trampoline training is offered to improve the agility, coordination, strength and endurance necessary to safely advance Freestyle Skiing skills. Athletes are expected to have learned basic trampoline /tumbling skills as our freestyle trampoline program is focused on air maneuvers. Class is taught by a minimum NCCP Air 2 Trampoline certified coach. |
